ORION TECHNICAL is composed of multi-skilled professional engineers with a wide range of experience in both private and federal-funded construction projects.

QSi is a company of pro-active construction engineering professionals geared to help you achieve your construction project goals and objectives.

We have a wealth of experience in civil engineering, defense construction, high-rise structures, airports and office construction. Our Engineers have undergone extensive training both local and abroad to ensure that you get quality engineering work.

The company is an affiliate of the ORION GROUP LLC based in Washington, USA with operations in the Continental USA and Central Asia.

Company Profile

QSi is a brainchild of two civil engineers, Rynor G. Jamandre and Timothy E. Cleveland. Both Tim and Rynor have successfully completed multi-million dollar projects in Diego Garcia US Naval Support Facility with San Juan Construction-John Laing International, Marshall Islands with Pacific International Inc., Manila, Philippines and are currently working on defense construction projects in Central Asia and Guam, USA. The success of their partnership has paved the way for the establishment of this world-class construction consultancy company. Key personnel have also completed various projects with Ayala Land and DMCI in Manila.

Quantity Solutions Inc., is an affiliate member of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE). Our engineers are guided by the Standard Estimating Practice set forth by the ASPE board.
