	QUANTITY SOLUTIONS INC (QSi) is a full-time digital construction estimating and project management company composed of multi-skilled professional engineers with a wide range of experience in both private and federal-funded construction projects. We have a wealth of experience in civil engineering, defense construction, high-rise structures, airports and office construction. QSi is an affiliate of the ORION GROUP INTERNATIONAL LLC based in Washington, USA with operations in the Continental USA and Central Asia. Estimators follow the Standard of Estimating Practice and Code of Ethics as set forth by the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE).
