KEY COMPANY PERSONNEL

            RENE F. AGUIRRE - President

Mr. Aguirre is a seasoned and successful Certified Public Accountant with an MBA degree from the University of the Philippines. He has more than 40 solid years of managing successful companies. He leads the company with a wealth of experience in corporate management, real estate development and auditing.

 

Mr. Aguirre is currently the district Secretary of Rotary International-Metro Manila.

            RYNOR G. JAMANDRE - Executive Vice President

Mr. Jamandre is a licensed civil engineer and was one of the top ten engineers in the Civil Engineering Licensure exams. He started his career with DM Consunji, Inc.-John Laing as an estimator and project engineer. Since then, he has completed various multi-million projects in Diego Garcia US Naval Support Facility and recently, successfully completed an FAA-funded airport project in the Marshall Islands as a project manager.

 

 

 

            TIMOTHY E. CLEVELAND - Vice-President (International)

Mr. Cleveland is a civil engineer from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, USA. He has completed various federal and private construction projects as a construction management consultant for the US Navy, Department of Defense, US State Department and private companies like San Juan Construction-John Laing JV and Pacific International Inc.

Mr. Cleveland was an integral participant in estimating and proposal preparations for diversified projects in Guam, Kwajalein, Marshall Islands, Hawaii, Wake Island, Diego Garcia, Tbilisi, Georgia and Kyrgyzstan. His 35 years in international construction and engineering is a valuable resource for the company.

            NOEL T. CRUZ - Director, Operations and Engineering

Mr. Cruz is a licensed Mechanical Engineer from the University of Santo Tomas and has extensive background in high-rise buildings, defense projects and estimating MEPF works. He served project managerial capacities in Diego Garcia and in local real estate construction projects.

                                GLENN BENEDICT S. GARCIA - Estimating Head

Mr. Garcia is a licensed Civil Engineer from the Mapua Institute of Technology and has served managerial positions in multi-million dollar US Federal construction projects.

          RHEA ANGELA A. JAMANDRE - Corporate Secretary / HR Manager

Ms. Jamandre is from De La Salle University where she finished a double degree in Marketing Management and Humanities. She was a Marketing Services Analyst for more than half a decade with Sun Life Financial Philippines, a leading financial services company, prior to joining the Orion TSG.
